Ruby Red Dragonet

The Ruby Red Dragonet is a delightful and colorful addition to any marine aquarium. It requires a minimum of 30 gallons, with lots of live rock and live sand substrates to hide and graze in. In order to keep more than one of these beautiful creatures, you'll need a 55 gallon aquarium or larger. A 2 or 3:1 ratio of females per male is often recommended for the best outcomes.

 These fish are a bit picky eaters, They have also been known to eat pest flatworms!  A very well established copepod population should be in place to supplement feeding, especially as they get used to smaller prepared foods, such as brine, blood worms, and frozen cyclops!
