KEEPIN' IT REEF DRY GOODS AND EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY
Keepin' it Reef stands behind all non living items sold. That being said, most products carry a manufacturer warrantee. We require the consumer to reach out to the manufacturer to resolve any issues with the product. If all attempts to resolve the issue through the manufacturer have been exhausted, and the product is still not operating as designed, contact Keepin' it Reef by email at keepinitreef@yahoo.com, or by mail at 5500 S. Simms St. Suite O, Littleton CO 80127. All shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
KEEPIN' IT REEF LIVE CORAL GUARANTEE & DOA POLICY
Keepin' it Reef guarantees that all corals should arrive alive. In the event of DOA, Keepin' it Reef must be contacted by email or through our "contact us" button, within 2 hours after receiving the package from the shipping company. Clear photos must be taken of the dead coral inside the closed bag. No credit will be given if no pictures are sent within 2 hours of receiving your corals. There are no refunds or returns on live purchases. We do not issue refunds back to the credit card or any credit towards shipping. Verified DOA pictures WILL receive credit towards the same coral (if available) or towards your next purchase. Shipping fees are applicable and are your responsibility. Every tank's parameters vary, and unfortunately the life of the coral is out of our hands once it is inside your aquarium, and no credit or refunds can be given for losses.
If corals are DOA due to shipping related issues that are not under the control of Keepin' it Reef or the Purchaser, credit will be given towards future purchase. We ask that in the case of any delays or damages to the package, you are expected to take all steps possible to file a claim with the shipping company.
