Keepin' it Reef stands behind all non living items sold. That being said, most products carry a manufacturer warrantee. We require the consumer to reach out to the manufacturer to resolve any issues with the product. If all attempts to resolve the issue through the manufacturer have been exhausted, and the product is still not operating as designed, contact Keepin' it Reef by email at keepinitreef@yahoo.com, or by mail at 5500 S.
